This week we welcome our students back. It’s really exciting for all of the SHU Law team who love to interact with students and clients alike.
Whilst it’s not quite the same as in its IOU’s academic years we have been working hard to ensure that our students can still help us with our casework. SHU Law has a civic responsibility to react to the challenges faced by our client base of vulnerable people who were already struggling to access legal services prior to Covid-19. This means that we have lots of projects in the pipeline to further that civic response and widen the opportunities for our clients.
Our teaching team in SHU law is made up of lots of talented and committed individuals who really believe in bringing together the academic and practical tasks associated with our applied learning objectives and we are looking forward to welcoming back (in an online sense) the people who sit right at the heart of this – our students!
