A well-deserved email from the SRA arrived today, attaching SHU Law’s ABS licence and proving to be another key step in the development of SHU Law. Coincidentally, supervising solicitors Rebecca Draper and Sally Mallinson Ayres started the task of setting up SHU Law 12 months ago (almost to the day).
Having navigated a number of procedures and regulatory requirements this came as a welcome arrival. It is also the catalyst to a number of key events and activities that are still to be undertaken by SHU Law, to ensure that the firm can practice and serve the needs of clients.
A formal launch will take place late February.
