Mark leads SHU Law’s employment law team and has over 25 years’ experience advising on most aspects of employment law. Prior to joining SHU Law in 2019 he worked in law firms in London and Sheffield where he led a large team of employment solicitors.
Mark helps his clients at all stages of their enquiries, ranging from initial advice over grievance and disciplinary procedures to more detailed advice on redundancies and unfair dismissal. Mark has particular expertise in discrimination law and the Equality Act 2010 and frequently advises his clients on age, race, sex and disability discrimination.
Through his work in the Employment Tribunal Mark has secured significant compensation for his clients, either through negotiations of final hearing.
