The past couple of months have been an unnerving experience for us all, we continue to find ourselves in a mist of uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus pandemic. No doubt this will have had an inevitable impact on our Mental Health.
Here at SHU Law, we are aware how unsettling the next few months will be for all our students, but Sheffield Hallam University have services available to help support and guide you through these uncertain times.
If you feel like you are struggling or need someone to talk to please contact your Academic Advisor to discuss any issues you are facing. You do not have to face those alone and if your Academic Advisor cannot assist, they will be able to tell you who can and get you the support you need.

It is very important to take some time out for yourself and look after your own wellbeing, there are Student Support Services available we have a Wellbeing Team who offer a range of different types of support depending on your needs. You can find links for self-help on a range of common issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, family and relationships and mental health etc. They offer one to one support with phone and zoom appointments available or online group support where you can share your experiences with others.
